Active, straightforward counseling for high-achieving individuals, couples, and families.
Stop Managing the Stress. Start Mastering the Transition.
With over 20 years of experience, I help you move from feeling stuck to becoming strategic in your personal and professional life.
Why You're Here
Maybe you have been struggling with anxiety for a long time and you have had enough.
Perhaps you are navigating through a particularly challenging phase in your life, feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about the decisions that lie ahead. Maybe you have told yourself that you should be able to manage this on your own, but despite your efforts, the weight of your worries continues to hold you back, leaving you searching for clarity and support.
I can help.
I specialize in working with high-achieving individuals—often men—who are navigating life transitions that create feelings of anxiety, overwhelm or uncertainty. This could be triggered by a job change, a change in a relationship, or a difficult personal decision that feels hard to navigate.

MY Areas of Focus & Clinical Approach
Transformative Counseling
I also work with couples and families. I facilitates difficult conversations by asking direct and challenging questions which is solely aimed at helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection with one another. I consistently pushes clients to realize – and then vocalize – their underlying message to their partner so that communication can be rebuilt.
What do you want?
Patience? Emotional flexibility? Happiness? Kindness? Stronger Ego? What is holding you back? What do you visualize when you think of this change?
You are here because you are ready to make a change. Take a different step. Create a different path. Your stress level is too high, you don’t like who you are in a relationship, your anxiety inhibits you from enjoyment, you are tired of faking to the world on the outside who you are, when in fact you feel differently. But you are unsure of where to start and how to start. Just by coming to this site, you are starting.
Therapy is effective when it is challenging. If you are looking for a passive therapist that only reflects and validates your responses, I am not a good fit. If you are wanting strong theoretical orientation only, then I am not a good fit.
My style? I call it like I see it.
I give you my impressions, my considerations. I challenge you both in -session and in the assignments, I ask you to complete. My 20 years- experience, 15 years of being a consultant to other therapists, working with thousands of clients and having a strong knowledge in theory is coupled with bringing levity, sensitivity and a commitment to a desire to improve my own lived experience.
Here is one of the biggest compliments I hear from clients:
“This is hard. It is helpful, but it is hard.”

life adjustments
Life doesn’t always change gradually. Sometimes it shifts all at once—through a new job, a relationship change, becoming a parent, a move, a loss, or a decision that would be difficult to reverse. Even changes that are wanted or positive can put you on shaky ground.
It takes confidence to acknowledge you need support. And courage to make this feeling an action.
Stop trying to figure this out on your own. You have been suffering too long and you don’t have the answers.
I DO.
