Growth-Focused Counseling
Therapy is effective when it’s challenging. If you want a therapist who will challenge you, push you to grow, and work with you to actually make change happen, then this is the right place for you.
My 20+ years of clinical experience, 15 years consulting to other therapists, and working with thousands of clients is paired with a dedication to continual personal growth – ensuring the guidance I offer is rooted in both expertise and real-world experience, not just theory.
These sessions ask a lot of you. That’s how growth happens.

Anxiety & Stress
Anxiety keeps us safe. Anxiety keeps us comfortable. But when our minds and bodies over-rely on anxiety, then situations become overwhelming. Intrusive thoughts take over. Negative beliefs surge. And coping mechanisms – though helpful in the moment – create a sense of failure.

life adjustments
Life doesn’t always change gradually. Sometimes it shifts all at once—through a new job, a relationship change, becoming a parent, a move, a loss, or a decision that would be difficult to reverse. Even changes that are wanted or positive can put you on shaky ground.

Sadness/Depression
Depression can feel like a deeper sadness. It can be described as a longer-lasting feeling that affects your ability to function in the way you typically do. Negative, intrusive thoughts get in the way of joy. Coping mechanisms become more of a crutch.

health Issues
Navigating the complexities of life can often feel overwhelming, especially for men who are accustomed to shouldering burdens alone. It’s essential to recognize that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Relationship Counseling
Grief and loss can take many forms—whether through the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a job or role that once felt central to your life. Grief is the body, mind, and heart’s natural way of healing, yet the process can feel incredibly challenging.
You’re ready for clarity.
I’ll help you find it.
